You will need to bring your own chair or blanket if you want to sit down on the grass, and we have a designated area for tents and umbrellas to set up for shade. Chairs with built in shade or personal umbrellas will need to be taken down during artist performances.

There is free general admission parking available at Chattanooga State, with a shuttle that runs throughout the day. There is also a Premier Parking pass for a fee available that guarantees you a parking spot in the closest lot to the venue, with no need to get on a shuttle.

Most vendors are expected to have card machines, but it would be a good idea to have cash on hand. There will be NO ATM on the festival grounds.

We will have a variety of food options that should accommodate everyone, but with your wristband you are able to come and go from the festival grounds as you please. If needed, you may bring your own food and drinks.

Our first artist will go on stage at 9:45am, and our last artist will wrap up by 11:00pm. All artist performance times are subject to change, but a full Jfest day schedule will be made available before the event!

Jfest is a rain or shine event!

No pets are allowed in the festival grounds at Jfest. Service dogs and miniature horses, as recognized by the ADA, will be permitted with leashes or guides.

Jfest is off Amnicola Highway beside Chattanooga State Community College. You can park in the Chattanooga State parking lot (for free) and then take a shuttle or walk to the festival grounds.

Jfest Kids Wristbands are for ages 5-11. Anyone ages 4 and under gets in free and is still welcome to play at Kidsworld as long as they fill out the waiver, but do not need a wristband for Jfest.

Yes, handicapped parking will be available at the second entrance to the Riverpark (NOT the Chattanooga State entrance). You will need a handicap placard or tag displayed to park there.

As long as you have a Jfest wristband on, you can come and go as you please. Previous attendees without a wristband will not be permitted back into the festival.

Our Jfest team works very hard to make sure that you get your wristbands in a timely manner, while trying to keep up with the high volume. Please give our team 2-4 weeks to get your wristbands to you. If you have not received your order by May 1, please feel free to give us a call at (423) 892-1200 or email us at info@jfest.com.
